Piece of glass in the desert

(an Introductory Poem) flute

Something's gotta blow the mind

Something's gotta break the heart

Something that's taking it blind

That's gotta tear it apart

Left playing only what you find

Run without a winning start

Nothing to hide behind

Impossible to disreguard

Moon following me in the rear windshield

Your smile worked on me

Ceated you where there was nobody

Now, I can never go away.

Put a piece of glass in the desert

The sun will make it move

Time holds little approval

For things that do not change

It takes a lot of work

To make anything stand still

I'm not so thrilled

By stuff so cleverly arranged

strange

It's the seasons

It's the tides

The way the songbirds glide

Across the wide Earth

Wake Up

Let Go

Move On

With the ongoing show

Creating you where there was nobody

Now, We can never go away.
